Something resonated with me today - consequences are a bitch.
All the things we do - the way we live, the way we choose to raise our children, the way we consume, how we treat others...these are but choices...
...and with choices, come consequences.
In the new year, it's those choices we each make that will make the difference.
It's my choice.
Don't make excuses. Don't blame others. Don't find reasons not to do what you say you're going to do.
- Spend time with the kids. Real, active, attentive, involved time.
- Exercise every damn day. Even if it's just trying to touch my toes, and stretching.
- Walk the dogs every day.
- Don't. Over. Eat.
Make these choices, and live with the consequences.
