Well, it was the last game of the Basketball season and a hard
fought game it was.End score was 20-11 to Canterbury.
Forest Lake must have learnt a thing or two from CC last time they played, because they brought their defensive game this time!
Our girls were on the receiving end of the scrappy, pushy, aggressive defense they normally dish out. And I just say it rattled them a bit.
Never-the-less, they hung on in the last quarter and came away with a win.
Jenna got the privilege of the "tip off" this week, and she did a great job.
She kept the pressure on their shooters, and stole the ball a number of times, getting it away in neat controlled passes to her team mates.
